Here's how it works. 1. 01 ### Net billable hours `delivered + PTO credit` Completed sessions in StreamABA, plus credit for the PTO you enter. A full PTO day earns a full day of target. 2. 02 ### Required hours `weekly target ÷ 5 × workdays` Each weekday employed counts, company holidays excluded. Override any month, and carry part of a missed quarter forward. 3. 03 ### Hours over target `net − required` Worked out per quarter, so every hour above the quarter's requirement counts. 4. 04 ### Quarterly bonus `hours over × rate` Paid when the quarter's hours are met. A quarter with no missed client checks earns your higher compliant rate. Questions Analyst Scorecard *questions.* ------------------------------ Which compliance checks are tracked? StreamABA starts you with three: supervision ratio, parent training hours, and telehealth share of supervision. Your practice turns on the checks it uses, sets each threshold, and can adjust a threshold for a single payer or client. When is a check counted as missed? Each month is evaluated for the analyst who is the client's primary on the last day of that month, for clients with at least one completed session. A miss in any month misses that check for the quarter. What happens when a check is missed for a reason outside the analyst's control? The analyst or a clinical director adds a barrier note to that client, check, and month range, so reviewers see the context next to the result. Each check can keep the miss on record or let the note excuse it. Where does the data come from? Hours, supervision, and parent training come from completed sessions and care-team assignments already in StreamABA. Monthly PTO and weekly targets are entered on one inputs page. There is nothing to export or import. Can analysts see their own scorecard? Yes. Analysts see their own checks, pace, and hours.
