How we read this state's schedule --------------------------------- PBT benefit (Provider Type 83 clinics) allows only 97151, 97151 TJ, 97153, 97154, 97155 and 97158 per the PBT Billing Manual (https://hcpf.colorado.gov/pbt-manual); 97152, 97156, 97157, 0362T and 0373T are not on the fee schedule. All listed codes require prior authorization (PAR via Acentra). The July 2026 rates are lower than the SFY2025-26 July 2025 rates (e.g., 97153 was $18.17); a third-party summary attributes this to an October 1, 2025 PBT reset to 95% of benchmark, which I could not confirm in an HCPF document. Fee schedule does not state units: 97151 without modifier is priced as a single assessment-level unit ($866.88), not per 15 minutes. Single rate per code, no credential tiers. hcpf.colorado.gov intermittently returned CloudFront 403 during retrieval.
