It is the current file on ctdssmap.com (Provider > Provider Fee Schedule Download, retrieved 2026-09-30). Rate type definitions come from the Fee Schedule Instructions PDF (last updated 9/4/2026): ASD = Autism Spectrum Disorder, ASK = ASD for Kids, age 20 and under. The ASD schedule carries only 97153, 97156 and 97158 among the ABA CPT codes. Other ABA services are HCPCS on the same schedule (current rows): H0031 behavior assessment 87.98 (1 unit = 1 hour per PB 2025-30), H0032 plan of care 87.98 (untimed), H0032-TS program book 60.70, H0046 observation and direction 22.00, H2014 treatment services 15.24 per 15 min, and T1016 case management 11.33 per 15 min (ASK, from 7/1/2025). The code roles come from the CMAP 2020 BH refresher. PB 2025-30 (effective 7/1/2025) added 97156, 97156-U2 and T1016; SPA 25-Y is the matching state plan change.
