Effective 2025-12-01 (Information Release MA25-21), Behavioral Modification and Consultation (formerly billed 97151-97158 to Magellan) moved to Behavioral Intervention under CHIS, billed FFS to Gainwell with Telligen prior authorization, using HCPCS codes.
