How we read this state's schedule --------------------------------- Still the current schedule per lamedicaid.com ABA fee schedule index as of 2026-09-30. Per Medicaid Services Manual Ch. 4, ABA services are delivered through Healthy Louisiana MCOs and must be prior authorized by the beneficiary's MCO; this is the state-published schedule (MCOs pointed providers to it in IB 22-19). Columns: LBA (licensed behavior analyst, no modifier), SCABA (state-certified assistant behavior analyst, TF modifier), TECH (registered line technician). 97153 has a single rate and no modifier since 7/1/2022. Schedule also defines HN (bachelor's level) though no HN rows appear.
