How we read this state's schedule --------------------------------- Current in-force regulation. EOHHS filed proposed amendments on May 22, 2026, with a hearing on June 17, 2026, for an effective date of December 1, 2026. They keep every rate unchanged. No final adoption of the December 2026 version was posted on the 101 CMR 358.00 page as of 2026-09-30. EOHHS staff testimony (June 17, 2026) states there is currently no fee-for-service utilization under 101 CMR 358.00. ABA is delivered through MassHealth managed care networks. DPH EIBI providers and 101 CMR 349.00 early intervention also use these rates. Also listed: H0031-U2 30.73 per 15 min (assessment and case planning for home services by a licensed professional). Rates are the lower of the provider's usual charge or the fee schedule. mass.gov returns 403 to curl and WebFetch.
