How we read this state's schedule
---------------------------------

ABA (BHT) is carved into the PIHP behavioral health managed care program; MDHHS publishes no FFS ABA fee schedule. The only MDHHS-published ABA figure is a PIHP minimum payment floor for 97153: $16.50 per 15-minute unit (same for HN-Bachelor's and HM-Less than Bachelor's BT; provider types BCBA, BCaBA, QBHP, LP/LLP, BT), from the SFY 2026 PIHP rate-development sheet (SFY 2026 = Oct 1 2025-Sep 30 2026; effective date inferred from SFY, not printed on the sheet) and originally set by Bulletin MMP 24-51 effective 2024-11-01 ($16.50/unit, $66.00/hour). No other ABA codes have a state-published rate; all other rates are PIHP/provider-negotiated. Checked the MDHHS 'PIHP' (July 2026) and 'Non-Physician Behavioral Health' (July 2026) fee databases on the Behavioral Health/Substance Abuse billing page: neither contains 97151-97158, 0362T or 0373T. SFY 2027 (starts 2026-10-01) sheet not yet posted as of retrieval.
