A July 2026 fee schedule update was announced, but no updated ABA schedule has been posted. How we read this state's schedule --------------------------------- Latest ABA fee schedule posted on the ABA provider-type page (https://medicaidprovider.mt.gov/76) as of retrieval. A June 30, 2026 DPHHS provider notice lists ABA among provider types with 'July 1, 2026 Fee Schedule Updates' (2026 RBRVS RVUs, budget-neutral adjustments), and a May 29, 2026 notice says no legislatively authorized SFY2027 rate increases will be implemented; no July 2026 ABA-specific fee schedule was found on the proposed or ABA pages, and the ABA codes do not appear in the SFY2027 proposed RBRVS or physician fee schedules. SFY2027 ABA rates may therefore differ from these July 2025 figures. All services billed under the BCBA's NPI; TC modifier = BCaBA. Authorization package of 1,260 units for all codes over 180 days (prior authorization via Qualitrac). No co-pay. 0362T and 0373T are not on the schedule.
