How we read this state's schedule --------------------------------- No current ODM FFS fee schedule lists the ABA CPT codes. Checked: Appendix DD to OAC 5160-1-60 (non-institutional fee schedule, updates for 01/01/2026 XLSX) - no 97151-97158/0362T/0373T (only discontinued 0364T-0369T); BH Coding Workbook (03.24.2026) and OAC 5160-27-03 appendix (BH fee schedule, eff 2024-01-01) - no ABA codes; CPT/HCPCS code changes for 2026-07-01 - none. ODM's proposed ABA rule chapter 5160-34 (with rates in 5160-34-03 Appendix A) was released for clearance in 2025 but, per ODM's 7/30/2026 ABA presentation, was 'paused in 2025' and is being redrafted; codes.ohio.gov has no rule 5160-34-03. The presentation says ABA is currently billed under community BH codes (TBS, CPST) and the new rule would prohibit that.
