XP (secondary provider) lines pay the same. Unit sizes come from the EOHHS 'OHIC Rate Review - Minimum Fee Schedule for Managed Care v2024\_09\_05' xlsx, Children Services tab. Its rates match the tool. Imminent change: many HBTS lines end 09/30/2026. The MMIS already has 10/01/2026 rates loaded (FY2027 OHIC rate review): T1024 36.14, T1024-U1 18.07, H0046-HO 61.49, HO-U1 30.75, HN 21.47, H2014 39.44, H2014-HO 37.23, H2014-HP 39.85, S9446 25.37. H0046 base/U1/HP and T1016 show no new line. EOHHS says these increases need SPA/waiver approval from CMS. The eohhs.ri.gov Fee Schedules and Children's Services Rate Setting pages are behind a Cloudflare human-verification challenge and were not accessed.
