How we read this state's schedule --------------------------------- Reached via the CPT license 'I ACCEPT' link at https://wyomingmedicaid.com/portal/user-agreement. All 10 codes have rate begin date 2026-07-01 and no modifier-specific rates. Rows are split by age (0-20 and 21-999) with identical amounts; per the CMS-1500 Provider Manual, ABA is allowable for ages 0-20 with an autism diagnosis, and behavioral health visits beyond 30 per calendar year need prior authorization through Telligen. Separate higher rates exist for the Medicaid Comprehensive and Supports Waiver benefit plans (adult and child): 97151 $32.27, 97152 $20.56, 97153 $19.23; these waiver rates are not in the rates array. The state's SFY2025 Medicaid Reimbursement Benchmarking Study (published August 2026) listed WY 97153 at $20.50, so the July 1, 2026 state-plan figure of $12.30 appears to be a reduction; I found no bulletin that explains it.
