This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") governs your use of the Stream ABA platform and services (the "Service") provided by STREAM ABA LLC ("Stream ABA," "we," "us," or "our"). This Policy is part of and incorporated into our Terms of Service.

1. Intended Use
The Service is designed exclusively for:
- Licensed Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy practices
- Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and their staff
- Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Healthcare organizations providing ABA and related services
- Administrative and billing personnel supporting ABA practices
The Service is intended for legitimate healthcare practice management, including scheduling, clinical documentation, data collection, billing, and related operational activities.
2. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use the Service to:

- Violate any applicable local, state, federal, or international laws or regulations
- Engage in fraud, identity theft, or other deceptive practices
- Facilitate illegal activities or transactions
- Violate export control or sanctions laws
2.2 Healthcare Compliance Violations
- Violate HIPAA or other healthcare privacy laws
- Access or disclose Protected Health Information (PHI) without authorization
- Use PHI for purposes other than treatment, payment, or healthcare operations without proper authorization
- Submit false or fraudulent claims to insurance companies or government programs
- Engage in upcoding, unbundling, or other billing fraud
- Practice beyond the scope of your professional license
2.3 Harmful Content
- Upload, transmit, or store malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Distribute content that is defamatory, obscene, or threatening
- Harass, abuse, or threaten others
- Distribute spam or unsolicited communications
- Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
2.4 System Abuse
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or systems
- Circumvent or disable security features or access controls
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- Overload, flood, or overwhelm the Service with excessive requests
- Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers without authorization
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without authorization
2.5 Unauthorized Use
- Share your account credentials with unauthorized individuals
- Allow others to use your account without proper authorization
- Resell, sublicense, or transfer access to the Service
- Use the Service on behalf of a third party without authorization
- Misrepresent your identity or professional credentials
2.6 Data Misuse
- Enter false or misleading information into the Service
- Use data obtained from the Service for unauthorized purposes
- Export or extract data in violation of privacy laws or this Policy

3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:

- Logging out of shared or public devices after use
- Regularly reviewing account activity for unauthorized access

- Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of data you enter
- Promptly correcting any errors in client records
- Maintaining appropriate documentation for all clinical activities
- Keeping your organization and user information up to date
3.3 Compliance
- Complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards
- Maintaining required professional licenses and certifications
- Obtaining proper authorization before entering PHI
- Training your staff on proper use of the Service and privacy requirements
- Implementing appropriate policies and procedures within your organization
3.4 Device Security
- Using secure, updated devices to access the Service
- Installing and maintaining appropriate security software
- Avoiding access from unsecured or public networks when handling PHI
- Properly disposing of devices that have accessed PHI
4. Content Standards
All content you upload, create, or transmit through the Service must:
- Be accurate and not misleading
- Comply with applicable professional standards and ethics codes
- Respect the privacy and rights of clients and third parties
- Not infringe on intellectual property rights
- Be appropriate for a professional healthcare environment
5. Monitoring and Enforcement
5.1 Monitoring
We may monitor use of the Service to:
- Ensure compliance with this Policy and our Terms of Service
- Protect the security and integrity of the Service
- Comply with legal requirements
- Investigate potential violations
5.2 Investigation
We may investigate suspected violations of this Policy. During an investigation, we may:
- Suspend access to the Service pending investigation
- Review account activity and content
- Cooperate with law enforcement or regulatory agencies
- Preserve evidence of violations
5.3 Consequences of Violations
Violations of this Policy may result in:

- Permanent termination of your account
- Removal of offending content
